A New Chapter Begins
We are opening a second location to serve more clients, grow our team, and reduce wait times for everyone who has been asking us to take on their project.
After three years of operating from a single studio, we are officially opening a second office in the Northside Design District. The new space is 3,200 square feet and includes a material library, a dedicated project planning room, and a small fabrication shop for custom millwork.
The new office will house our design and project management teams, while the original location will remain focused on fabrication and material sourcing. This separation allows each team to work without crowding each other. We added two full-time positions with the expansion:

The decision to open a second office came from a simple observation: we were turning down too many good projects because our team physically could not manage more. Waiting lists grew, and returning clients sometimes waited four months just to get a site visit. Expanding is not about growing for the sake of growth. It is about being able to say yes to people who trust us with their homes and their budgets. The new office gives us the capacity to take on six to eight additional projects per year while maintaining the same level of attention to every detail.
We are hosting an open house on the first Thursday of next month from 4 to 7 PM. Visitors can see the new material library, meet the expanded team, and review sample boards from recent projects. No speeches, no sales pitches—just an open door and good company. The address will be shared with past clients by email and posted on our social channels the week before. We hope to see familiar faces and meet new ones. Until then, we will be finishing the last coat of paint and stocking the coffee machine.
